Refund Policy

IDJ Group Studio is operated by IDJ GROUP LLC. Our work is digital design: once concepts, mockups, artwork files, design notes, or revision rounds have been delivered or used, they cannot be returned — so they are not refundable.

Before work begins, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of your payment. Send the request through the Contact page.

When a refund is approved, the payment provider determines how quickly it lands — usually a few business days. Costs related to printing, manufacturing, or physical goods are never part of our service and are not something we reimburse.
